Return Policy
Changed your mind? You have 90 days from the delivery date to return an item in its original condition. Be advised that you will be responsible for return shipping costs. This helps us keep our product costs affordable. Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the item and process your refund, including any applicable taxes.
Pro Tip: The number one reason for returns is sizing. As the adage goes, be sure to “measure twice” and select the right product for you. Our Customer Care team is always available to help.
Return Requirements
1. To be eligible for return, items must be in like-new condition — no scratches, stains, damage, drilling, or modifications.
2. Products must be returned in their original packaging. We will walk you through how to carefully repackage the item to prevent damage. If you no longer have the original packaging, please contact us so we can work through this with you to ensure we receive your return safely and efficiently. Failure to do so may result in oversized fees charged by third-party mail couriers, which can exceed $1,500.
3. The Zen Executive Desk Series and all Sofas will have a $50-$100 repackaging fee.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, you will be eligible for a full refund.
Refunds
All refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
